1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website sterlinglongevity.com (the "Website") and the booking of wellness travel programmes through Sterlon Services OÜ ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing this Website, submitting any form, or booking a programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or our services.

2. Service Provider

Sterling Longevity is a brand operated by Sterlon Services OÜ, a company registered in the Republic of Estonia under registry code 16332514, with the activity classification EMTAK 79121 (Tour operator activities).

Sterlon Services OÜ is a wellness travel concierge. We coordinate every aspect of your visit — vetting and selecting partner clinics, arranging accommodation and private airport transfers, scheduling appointments, managing communications, and processing payments — but we do not provide medical care ourselves.

Medical services described on this Website are provided by an independently licensed healthcare facility in Bangkok, Thailand (the “partner clinic”), operating under Thai medical regulations and licensure. Sterlon Services OÜ is not a medical provider, clinic, hospital, or pharmacy, and does not employ physicians.

3. Description of Services

The principal product sold through this Website is the Discovery Experience — a 7-day concierge-coordinated wellness travel programme in Bangkok, Thailand.

Price: USD 5,999 per guest (single occupancy). All prices on this Website are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

What is included in the Discovery Experience:

  • Private airport transfers on arrival and departure (Bangkok)
  • Seven (7) nights of 5-star hotel accommodation (single occupancy)
  • Daily access to the on-site Japanese onsen mineral baths
  • Comprehensive bloodwork panel (collected and analysed at the partner clinic)
  • Two preparation IV therapies — Exosome IV and NAD+ IV — administered at the partner clinic
  • Personalised physician consultation at the partner clinic
  • Tour of the partner clinic’s laboratory facility
  • A dedicated Sterling guest coordinator throughout the stay
  • Access to the Sterling guest portal and Doctor-Backed AI support tools
  • 12 months of structured follow-up support (scheduled check-ins at 30, 60, 90, and 180 days)
  • A USD 5,000 credit applicable toward any physician-recommended next-step programme booked within 12 months

What is not included: international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal incidentals, meals not specified in the programme inclusions, and any additional medical services or procedures beyond those listed above.

Next-step programmes: following your Discovery assessment, the partner clinic’s physicians may recommend a separate, extended programme tailored to your individual health profile. Such programmes are independent offers, are not pre-purchased as part of the Discovery Experience, and are entered into only if you choose to proceed after your on-site consultation. Pricing for any next-step programme is presented to you in writing on-site before any commitment.

4. Contractual Relationships

Your booking creates two distinct contractual relationships:

  • With Sterlon Services OÜ: for the travel coordination services described in Section 3 (accommodation, transfers, scheduling, concierge support, portal access, follow-up coordination). This contract is governed by these Terms.
  • With the partner clinic: for the medical services delivered on-site (bloodwork analysis, physician consultation, IV therapies, and any elected next-step programme). You will sign separate informed-consent and treatment documentation directly with the partner clinic before any medical procedure. That documentation is independent of these Terms.

5. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to book a programme or use our services.
  • Medical suitability for any programme is determined solely by the treating physicians at our partner clinic and is not guaranteed by the act of booking.
  • You represent that the information you provide during the booking and assessment process is accurate and complete.

6. Booking & Confirmation

Booking the Discovery Experience is completed online through our secure checkout. Submitting payment constitutes a binding offer; the booking is confirmed once we issue a written confirmation by email.

  • Programme dates are selected from published cohort dates available at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
  • Confirmation is conditional on the eligibility representations made under Section 5 and on completion of the pre-arrival profile in your guest portal.
  • Booking the Discovery Experience does not constitute a booking of any next-step programme. Any next-step programme is a separate offer entered into on-site, as described in Section 3.

7. Payment Terms

  • All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD). Where another currency is displayed, conversion is performed by Stripe at the time of payment using their then-current exchange rate.
  • The full Discovery Experience fee of USD 5,999 is payable in advance, at the time of booking, via Stripe (card or bank transfer).
  • Payments are processed by Sterlon Services OÜ through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Sterlon Services OÜ is the merchant of record for all transactions made through this Website.
  • Any next-step programme arranged on-site is paid separately and may be partially offset by the USD 5,000 next-step credit described in Section 3 and in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Additional services requested on-site that are not part of the programme inclusions may incur separate charges, payable directly to the partner clinic or service provider.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Sterlon Services OÜ is not a medical provider. We coordinate access to wellness programmes delivered by licensed medical professionals at the partner clinic.

  • All medical decisions — including assessment of candidacy, treatment plans, procedures, and medications — are made exclusively by licensed physicians at the partner clinic in Bangkok.
  • Prior to receiving any treatment, guests sign separate medical consent documentation directly with the treating clinic.
  • Individual results vary. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed by Sterlon Services OÜ or by the treating physicians.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, photographs, research articles, design elements, and software — is the property of Sterlon Services OÜ or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

"Sterling Longevity" is a trademark of Brookhaven Consultant FZ-LLC. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Website content is prohibited without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Sterlon Services OÜ is liable only for its obligations as a travel and booking coordinator — namely the arrangement of accommodation, transfers, scheduling, and payment processing.
  • Medical liability rests exclusively with the licensed healthcare facility providing treatment, subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
  • Sterlon Services OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services or Website.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Sterlon Services OÜ for the relevant programme.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, where applicable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email notification.

Your continued use of the Website or our services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
