Take the Free AssessmentWhat is executive health optimization?
Executive health optimization is about performing at your peak — sustained energy, sharp focus, and resilience — and getting ahead of what quietly derails high performers. It pairs in-depth diagnostics and proactive care with regenerative options some executives explore; research increasingly ties chronic inflammation and immune ageing to age-related decline (Yang et al., 2025), and the 2015 FINGER trial showed that structured, proactive intervention can help protect cognition. It is not a substitute for your own physician and no specific outcome is guaranteed — individual results vary, and care is delivered by licensed physicians at our Sterling-certified partner clinic.

When Coffee Isn't Enough
The biological reality of executive stress—and why traditional solutions fail.
Afternoon Energy Crashes
The 2 PM fog that turns sharp strategy sessions into endurance tests—despite your optimized sleep routine.
Recovery Taking Longer
What used to be one day to bounce back now steals three—costing momentum on deals and family time.
Stress Affecting Performance
Chronic cortisol fogs the clarity that once made you unstoppable in the boardroom and depletes your cellular reserves.
Fear of Cognitive Decline
Watching the mental edge that built your success start to dull—and knowing the data doesn't lie.

Discover the Biological ResetYour 7-Day Executive Optimization
The Swiss-trained physicians at our partner clinics have carefully tailored a split-dose protocol that optimizes your body's response for best results.
Day 1: Prime & Assess
Complete bloodwork panel, Exosomes IV, and NAD+ infusion to prime your cellular environment and establish your baseline.
Day 2: First 50M UC-MSCs
First batch of 50 million fresh, 98%+ viable stem cells. Split-dose approach allows your body to optimally integrate each treatment.
Day 6: Second 50M UC-MSCs
Second batch completes your 100M total. This Swiss-designed protocol maximizes therapeutic response through strategic timing.
Biomarkers of Executive Health
Objective measures to track your optimization progress.
Inflammatory Markers
IL-6, CRP, and TNF-α to measure 'inflammaging' and stress-related inflammation.
Metabolic Function
Glucose control, lipid profile, and mitochondrial efficiency markers.
Hormonal Balance
Cortisol patterns, DHEA, and thyroid function for stress and energy management.
Cognitive Health
BDNF and markers of neuroinflammation that impact mental clarity and focus.

Questions about executive health optimization
What does an executive health optimization program include?
It begins with the Discovery Experience — a comprehensive bloodwork panel, a partner-clinic physician assessment, and preparation IV therapies (NAD+ and exosomes) — after which the physicians may recommend an extended regenerative program. Sterling coordinates the entire journey; the medical care is delivered by licensed physicians at our partner clinic.
How is this different from a corporate executive physical?
A typical executive physical screens for problems you already have. Sterling’s focus is proactive optimization — pairing deep diagnostics with regenerative and lifestyle strategies aimed at how you age, not just whether disease is present today. It is educational and preventive, and it does not replace your own physician.
Can it improve my focus and energy?
No specific outcome can be promised. Research links chronic inflammation and immune ageing to age-related decline (Yang et al., 2025), and the FINGER trial (2015) showed structured, proactive intervention can support cognition — but these are study findings, not guarantees, and individual results vary.
Who is a candidate for this program?
Sterling’s executive health programs are for healthy adults investing proactively in their long-term health, not for treating a diagnosed disease. Suitability is reviewed in the free Sterling assessment and confirmed on-site after bloodwork and a consultation with the physicians at our partner clinic — not everyone is a suitable candidate.
How much does it cost?
Every journey begins with the Discovery Experience at $5,999, which includes a $5,000 credit toward any extended program chosen on the same trip. Because the right approach is personalised after your on-site assessment, extended-program costs are shared in context rather than published in advance. Begin with the free Sterling assessment to understand the path that fits you.
Who delivers the program, and is Sterling a clinic?
Sterling Longevity is a wellness-travel concierge, not a medical provider. We vet partner clinics, coordinate the journey, and support you for 12 months — while any treatment is delivered by independently licensed physicians at our Sterling-certified partner clinic.
Is regenerative therapy safe?
In a 2012 systematic review of clinical trials (Lalu et al., “SafeCell”), no serious adverse events were attributed to mesenchymal stem cells, with a transient fever the most commonly reported effect. Even so, every medical procedure carries risk; the partner-clinic physicians explain the specifics and obtain your informed consent on-site. These therapies are not FDA-approved in the United States, and individual results vary.
The research behind executive health optimization
Sterling’s executive-health positioning is grounded in peer-reviewed research on the biology of aging — particularly immune aging and chronic inflammation — and on evidence that proactive, structured intervention can influence how we age. The findings below are the studies’ own results, not outcomes Sterling promises; individual results vary.
-
Ngandu et al. (2015) — FINGER trial
The Lancet
A randomized controlled trial showing that a 2-year multidomain program (diet, exercise, cognitive training, and vascular-risk monitoring) helped maintain cognitive function in at-risk older adults versus control — evidence that proactive, structured intervention can influence cognitive aging.
DOI: 10.1016/S0140-6736(15)60461-5 -
Yang et al. (2025)
Experimental & Molecular Medicine
A review of how immune aging (immunosenescence) and chronic low-grade inflammation (“inflammaging”) drive age-related decline, and the strategies being studied to address them — the rationale for monitoring and managing inflammatory markers in proactive health.
DOI: 10.1038/s12276-025-01527-9 -
Puzianowska-Kuźnicka et al. (2016) — PolSenior
Immunity & Ageing
In a large cohort study, higher levels of the inflammatory markers IL-6 and C-reactive protein were associated with less “successful aging” and higher mortality — supporting inflammatory markers as meaningful signals to track.
DOI: 10.1186/s12979-016-0076-x
These are the findings of the cited studies, not a guarantee of results. Individual outcomes vary; regenerative therapies are not FDA-approved for the conditions discussed, and care is delivered by licensed physicians at our Sterling-certified partner clinic.
